Give them a call (like suggested) and tell them your concerns about your customer service expectations.

I'm sure they'll take care of you....

and oh, you'll probably find out the 20s group buy price.

What is the big deal with pricing in a pm? It is going to cost me 10 bucks in long distance to call in vs. free in a pm. I sent them a pm for pricing. I hope I can get a response.

Why's it going to cost you long distance? From the very first post of this thread - call us toll-free (US and Canada) 1 877.LED.4BIKES (877.533.4245) option "1"

They have said they don't religiously check this forum. Email them or call them.
They have a toll free number.

And had you asked in a polite fashion rather than bitching and complaining then I would of. As I'm sure others would too.

You need to think about this... If they weren't responding because you needed a heart transplant and were about to die then it would be okay to bitch, but It's a freakin headset. It's not that important. Give them a call like they suggested. They are great people. I don't see any other companies offering a group buy. They standout as one of the best for even offering that.

The very first post in this thread says to PM them first to verify ADVRider membership, and then call for info. So I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on a reply to that PM... instead follow the instructions.

I just PM'd them myself, planning to pick up a 20S dual pack. And I will be calling tomorrow...

Actually I did ask nice a few pages back if you would look. I have also sent pm's and am on the list. Not a big deal as they are not even out yet but would be nice to know what three headsets are going to cost me.

To be on the list you have to call. So why didn't you ask when you called? If you haven't called yet I don't think you're on the list.

Thanks received a response. Sorry I don't have a price either to share.
Maybe it's just me, but I work in an open office and spend a lot of time at work, so calling doesn't work for me.
