Dammit, that made me laugh, and laughing woke the baby up.

Idk why the game changed rules so fast. There was huge discussion on the TH topic and an even longer wait, then in 1 day the USAtor rules change, a new nut is dropped, and I aint AWOL. Idc, I'm just sayin.

And for Shuey to have gotten there before me? Sure smells like a hand off!

idc, just move the damn game. I apologize to yall I have not had the time. The MIA pick up in OK and shipping wait really threw my tag playing timeline into the dumpster.

Anywho, which ever nut, TAG ON

I don't think you meant Boatman. He didn't get the nut. That was Shuey.

I was fighting for you. RCP and I had a bit of back and forth PM's and I was accused of "keyboard diarrhea" and called an asshat. I tried to point out it wasn't like you weren't posting and that life happens,,, but he wasn't hearing it. Sorry man. As far as I'm concerned, your drop is valid. But that is my sole opinion.

Agreed. The real Nutsy is in play in accordance with the rules as they were originally written.

OK. With RidingDonkeys helpful guidance I'm finally able to post pics. I updated my original pick-up post, #1469.

I have "a" nut in Florida and was intending to drop it off within the next 48 hours. I wasn't trying to stick my finger in anyone's eye, just wanted to join in the fun if the timing worked out as I headed from the Austin area back to Florida.

So . . . do I drop this one or keep it as a trip souvenir while the Tor continues with the one JRJoyce2007 dropped.

Shuey

Here's my pick-up pics again:

My pick-up pics are now displayed correctly in Post#1469. Thanks to RidingDonkeys for the guidance.

So . . . I'm the new entry here just wanting to join in the fun; not trying to stick my finger in anyone's eye. Drop this one in the next 48 hours or keep it as a trip souvenir while play continues with Jrjoyce2007's drop?

OP?

I don't take offense to anything on here. We are all friends and riders at the end of the day. We have a bit of delima with 2 nuts and 2 rule sets floating around. Which rule set do we use to decide which nut plays. If it is indeed 4jranch's nut, I want to pick up and mail the Patriot nut so David R can have a token of his labors

This is a bad precedent, what we have said is that as soon as someone decides they don't feel like waiting for a drop they can put a new nut in play.

But wait, we have a new rule that says if a week goes by with no posts from the nut holder anyone can put a new nut in play. So TWO (2) days after the current nut holders last post someone just up and puts a new nut in play. Clear violation of a new rule.

My suggestion is to just start a new game with the new nut, limit it's travel to east of the Mississippi.

Or maybe as was offered, pick up the Patriot nut, mail it to it's maker and he can hold it as a replacement nut if the the new little nut disappears.

I want to apologize to the players of the game. I did not offer my suggestion with intentions of causing all this drama. I was simply trying to get the game moving again.

As to Boatman, in your next post, rather than commenting on what is wrong, set us straight. Make the call on the current situation and give us the rules you want the game played under. If you are kind enough to do this (rather than just complain) I will edit the OP with the rules the way you want them.

Standing by for a decision. Ready to drop, or not.

Which ever way the decision goes . . . fine with me.

It's not my decision to make.

I was pointing out that in the past, it was okay with RCP that the game stalled whether the nut was being held or dropped. Then all of a sudden RCP opens the gate for anyone that wants to reset to go ahead. As pointed out by not only me.... a bad presedent to set. With the new knee jerk rule this can get out of hand.

Again.... not my decision. I was just providing some squeak to the wheel.

I tend to grease wheels when they squeak so it is your, Boatman's, decision now bro, you make the call. Additionally, what ever call you make, I will not sit at my keyboard and moan about it.

So, the following decisions are yours;
-- How do you, Boatman, want rule 3 and 4 to read?

-- What do you, Boatman, want to do with the current issue?

It IS your call now.

Waiting for Boatman to make the call, but if he does not why don't you and Jrjoyce decide the issue and we will go with what ever you decide.

Ummm,,, no. You need to clean up your own mess,,, not hand it off to someone else. Should have thought about this beforehand.

This IS your mess,,,, not mine, not Jrjoyce, not shuey.
