need to get ready for a trip to canada in a month!

i had H.T. Tetons on my F650, but, sadly, they do not transfer over (worst part is that i LOOSE all my stickers!!)

:(

anyway, i'll be going with soft bags for now...

Softies

I am seriously looking at soft bags for my 12GS as a supplement to some aluminum panniers that I recently bought. I have a Wolfman Expedition Dry Duffel and its a heavy duty waterproof bag...like it a lot.

I have looked at the bags you mentioned and they seem like a good system, though their capacity (19L) is a bit on the small side. However, they also make a bigger set of bags (32-35L each)...just don't look quite a waterproof as the Dry Bags. I'd pay close attention to how they'll mount to your bike...in my case I need an additional adapter to make them work.

I recently posted a similar question to yours: http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=882488
