Actually from your previous link about recycling it states:
•If you transport 10 or more tires per trip, please contact the Public Health Department a week ahead at (626) 430-5540 to obtain a tire transport form.

IE....we want to charge your ass for haul so much crap.

i just counted and i have 11........sheeeeeeeeeez, need to get the transport form...

the nearest cycle gear in santa clarita said they'll take them for $2 each....
