I saw this at Irv Seaver about a year ago. I know nothing about the rider, but maybe they do...

Too much motorcycle talk in this BS thread so I've attached a post from the "yoga pants" JM thread to correct this.

He posted this in my RR, I thought I'd share it here where stupid people videos are popular.

Oh MY! A clean 1983 Honda CX650Turbo!!!

I put 76,000 miles on mine. Sweetest sport-touring bike I ever rode. Cruise all day at 100mph across the desert in comfort.

Had a local race-motor guy rebuild it and they mucked things up. It spun a lower rod bearing on its break-in ride. It never ran again in my possession.

However, I sold it to a gentleman in Belgium ~10 years ago. He had restored a few cx turbos, and wanted another. They sold well in Europe and parts are available there. Took him 3 months to rebuild it the last time and its on the road again!

That's it in the foreground. Interesting how he likes the CX500T gold wheels on his 650Ts.

I need to get my ass to Europe, so I can ride it again!

THANKS for the trip down memory lane!

Catfish ...
