By the way, you and I met and talked a little bit over lunch (I think) at the Rally at Ridgecrest about 3 or 4 years ago. I'm a music minister and at the time was riding a V Star 1100 Midnight. I just recall your name and your ninja (not to mention the full leathers). Anyway...sorry I bruced ya!
I took the photos at 12:52 PM, whilst being serenaded by two yappy dogs at the nearby house. (I have a telephone on which I make telephone calls, not take pictures, surf the net, upload tag game photos, etc., so I have to ride home to post the pics.) Maybe someday I'll step into the 20th century!

I didn't realize that I had met you at Ridgecrest. I wrote about some of the previous rallies here. Look through the links at the bottom of the posting.

Did you plan the clever mirror image?

Yes indeed, thank you & 1worshipguy & bucky for keeping it going! Especially worshipguy for not burying the tag in remote-a-pickinstan! (I love Pickens Co., it just takes me longer to get there)

Yeah, I know, no crabbing about how far away it is, some one will go get it, ............ some day............ and then move it farther away from the ones that would go get it if it were reasonably accessible.

That's my reason for not making the 'new tag' difficult to locate. I'd rather risk some one being bruced (me fer instance) than playing hard to find.

Having said all that, I thought Django had killed the tag; my google-fu was totally fu**ed today. Then, there it was . It took me longer to goo-fu this one than to 'grab' it.

You may have noticed the new 'tag' is not far from the 'grab'.

Kinda like when I went & got the 'lake view tag' in Pickens (or was it Oconee) county, then didn't take it toooooooo far away. Shoot, if a rider wants a long distance tag they can always go to Florida

Still hoping some of the others will jump back in a little more often.......when they are ready of course.

Bucky: I did the mirror on purpose, just like Todd did

Anyway, I appreciate ya'll that do a 'grab' and a 'new tag' on the same ride.

I love the game. My issue is just having our third baby girl this past week. It was hard to get away for the past month or two with the never-ending honey-do list.

I did have a hard time with the far east ones. It's hard to get away for a couple hours to go make a grab...but I understand that's the case for anyone coming ALL the way over to Pickens and Oconee counties

I guess we won't get much more participation until the weather gets above 70 for our fair weather friends

And Opa...awesome pic with the Tag in the mirror shot. Good stuff.

Thank you for the kind words.

Yeah, I hope you didn't think I was being critical, I wasn't. I don't always use quite the right words or tone or whatever. Like you say, one can't always get away, even retar'd people like me .

Congratulations on the new daughter! (and the other two as well)

I kick around the idea of going and getting the current legitimate tag every once in a while. I may ride up to the armory in Clemson and get it.

Congrats on your first grab!
