I recommend heading a few miles north while you are in the area and check out Whitewater Falls in NC. The falls are roaring with all the rain we've had.

That outta be plenty of clues.

That's my usual hiking trailhead. You go back in there a couple-few miles and there are some pretty nice views for not much work. Also some more rugged stuff if you have a mind for cross country hiking.

Grab

SC-130 about half way between SC-11 and Whitewater Falls.

Both Whitewater Falls and Eastatoe Falls were flowing heavily from the recent rains.

If you go, don't miss the overlook at the end of the Bad Creek Pumped Storage Facility road just south of Whitewater Falls, and you off-roaders can ride Musterground Road from the parking area at the end of the first side road off the Bad Creek Entrance road.

Also, the Oscar Wigington Byway between SC-130 and SC-107 has a nice overlook.

This barn...

is laden with old advertising signs. It is near a red hill. You might find slim pickens, though.

This tag is along Red Hill Road in Pickens. It's part of a private residence. Nice tag & ride Bucky2

New Tag

This tag is not far from the last one. After you past it go all the way to the end of the road, taking in all the scenery. Take the right choice here on the namesake road and you'll have another nice ride to it's end where you'll find this tag at the intersection with a 3 number state road that totals 7.
A shame this building, probably once a heart of the local area is now out of business and for sale.

Enjoy the ride and stay safe

Land and I parted ways just a handful of miles away from this tag today.

Enjoyed the ride through the corner of the upstate with you.

Well crapsticks. Guess you'll just have to come back up this way and keep it moving

Nighttime GRAB!

I figured when was it going to be this close to me when I was able to get away again, so I went after it tonight...

We always caled it Shady Grove Grocery, at the end of Shady Grove Road at highway 133.

And a night time Tag. ( a bit blurry but should be recognizable)

This was my back up tag in case the first picture was really bad...

I like them both but let's go w the first one officially. Giving no clue for now... Probably won't need one..

Need a little help here. Is the second photo related to the first in any way?

Of course, the first pic is the grab....

The second picture is my new tag. And yep, it is near a McDonalds. Not much help there I'm sure.

The third picture is just another one i took on the same trip. It was my back up tag in case the real tag (the one with the white wall and flame-ing blue torch on it) wasn't usable.

I just included it just because. If it is against the rules or is still too confusing, I will take it down.

OK, so pics 2 and 3 aren't related (or close?) and pic 2 is the new tag (near a McDonald's) somewhere. Can you help out with another hint on the new tag? McDonalds are all over the place!

Pick the right McDonalds and you will find it.
