Heh heh, that was a close one! I had no cell signal for my netbook at the tag location and rode to I-20 @ Hwy 1 to post it.

Google would not cough up a mill pond on Satcher Pond Rd no matter how much fu I used on it.

In case someone needs another clue, in Google, if you put the two most important words from the sign (I repeated the same words in my text) in quotes and add SC, the tag appears as the first result. Like this:

"word word" +SC

It was great meeting PropellerHead and Catalyst on Sunday at the Long Cane ride. PropellerHead gets the Kalonji Adventure award for taking inappropriate equipment to out-of-the-way places. Well, his bike is not totally inappropriate, but could use some tweaking for single track.

Clue: The people in this town can be excused for being somewhat confused as their town has not one but two names. Study hard and you may just solve this puzzle.

The only town with two names that I've found with an admittedly quick and unthorough search is in Newberry County, so it would be out of bounds for this game.

Maybe another clue would help, but I don't have time to go get it today, anyway.

Land, this tag is very much within the boundaries of the Midlands TOR. Go back a little ways and find the place where Laura bruced me at the pond. Find a single digit Hwy. nearby and follow it to a town with two names. It's not very far. If this doesn't do the trick, I have one more clue that will make it very easy to find.

Perhaps if there was only one game in the state the tags wouldn't sit for so long...Two days is far from stale. or is old stale tag a clue?
