These are being saved for their historical significance.

Good Luck!

Congrabulations !

Great photo DSJ ! Nice variety of buildings in the old downtown Great Falls - well worth the ride.

200 between Winnsboro and Great Falls is a nice ride. If you are up that way, why not cross the dam and take the 97 up to Liberty Hill and back.

I might have to do that sometime. I've been riding a lot, pretty much every day its nice, or I haven't torn the bike apart. But its mostly around town or to work. My weekends are pretty busy, so its tough to take long trips. Now that I have some confidence though and know I can handle multiple hours of riding, I'm hoping to plan more longer trips.

Speaking of, I stopped by Carolina Adventure World in Chester on the way up to Great Falls. Anyone been there to play in the dirt?

Don't want to hijack this thread, but I know the who frequent the tag threads usually offer good routing advice.

Short notice, but can you help me out? I am about to leave, but I will check the thread when I get to Hickory Knob SP.

Thanks

Grab !

Columbia Armory and military museum. On Bluff Rd. near the stadium.

I was going to park on the grass so I could get the same angle as the tag photo, but there were two
cops in the middle of the road with their blue lights flashing and I didn't feel like trying to talk my way
out of a jam. New tag up soon and it won't be in Columbia.

Nice! Yeah, I wouldn't have taken that pic if the police had been around either.

New tag.

Here is the new Midlands tag.

Clue: To find the name of this town, think of Maria without any money.
Say it the southern way. The plaque is right in front of a little park on a
3 digit highway that adds up to 14. More hints if needed. Enjoy

Oooopppps !!!!

The Tug Master just told me that I forgot to put my bike in the picture. Yikes.
I think most of you know that I was there on my bike, but if enough people complain,
I will put up a new tag. Tug Master. Check your PM's

I noticed that and had the thought that when I was in the area Monday in my truck...

But I decided that it would be cheating...

Tag repair.

I'll swing by the tag tomorrow and get a pic of my bike in front of the sign. I had parked in front of a building across the street and was taking a picture of it when I saw the sign and walked over to take a picture of it too. This is not the first time I've done this either.

My thought is don't bother with repair - you are trusted . Just wanted to make sure I could fit Bertha in a grab photo if I can get my butt down there.
