Nova Scotia Off-Road Tracks/Routes?

I'm looking for some off-road stuff to do while circumnavigating Nova Scotia. I'll be on a Wee-Strom; it likes everything but extreme single track. I'll be solo unless I fine a riding bud. Does anyone have any favorites they would like to share? Any suggestions at all will be appreciated.

The plan is to circumnavigate N.S. with an eye toward as much off-road as is possible. Time permitting I may try to go over to P.E.I., but that's if time permits. I have 17 days and it's possibly 3-4 days travel there and back so that leaves me with about 10 days or so of time to explore.

I posted this back in 2010. I made this trip last September. Great ride. Loved staying at Meat Cove. I'll do this trip again in a couple of years.

Any tracks you've made? Trip report? I'm trying to plan a trip here from Massachusetts.
