Good to see you yesterday HBN. For the first couple minutes I sat there wondering....if I'm coming back from WV, and you're coming back from WV, how is it that I'm heading east on 33 and your heading west to H'Burg????

I was trying to meet up with Eric in Elkton at the Subway before he left. Apparently his shift lever rattled a bolt loose and he nearly lost the lever (Wunderlich has an extra safety wire holding it on). I wanted to see his roadside repair...you caught me on the return just closing my loop

Great report Mike. I had to get out three WV maps and scratch my head to follow (maybe I should buy a WV Gazeteer or a GPS).
Derilict and I rode Highland Scenic, etc. 3 weeks ago and RedneckRider and I a 300+ mile loop last week in some of the same areas. You've given me lots more to look for though, thanks.

Mike, Looks like you had a great ride on Sunday, and it also looked like we missed each other by minutes at the New River Gorge Bridge. Here are a few more pics from Saturday, and a picture from the bottom of the Gorge on Sunday. As usual, you were an amazing guide and it was a pleasure to ride with you.

For those riding to West Virginia, I highly recommend Fox's Pizza & Motel in Brandywine, WV--$47 a room after tax. Gail's and my bikes outside the rooms just before HBN showed up:
