Riding Emphasis

My intentions are to do some interesting riding in a unique place. Meet and greet and maybe have a few around a campfire. Things happen way too fast on the 950 adv and besides I have enough metal in me now to not be on the ball when riding the beast.

I'l start organizing our thoughts and may I suggest we finalize what we want to do Dec 1st. If Mount Carleton is agreed upon I would need the time to see what I can do as far as sponsorship may go and to do some scout work in the area. With a large group I feel it woud be wise to take the guess work out of it. Would be looking for a riding partner to help me out in May to do the ground work. The Rolling Rally sounds fun to.

Regarding my earlier post on leaving the ugly ones at home. If you love her she should be the most beautiful creature on earth. Hopefully mine will be there on My KLR.
Yes I am back peddling.

I can help with some of the ground work. It looks like a few of us are going to be riding in the Fredericton area next Saturday. This will give me an opportunity to scout some connections to the north.

Hey, lads. I just received my football assignments (I referee the game). I'm in Moncton this Friday.

Two things

One: The Lady and I are pondering a couple's trip, but if that doesn't happen, I'd be open to a bit of a social gathering, though I will almost certainly be on four wheels.

Two: I'm looking for a cheap hotel/motel/B&B in the area.

Crystal Palace or Holiday Inn are usually the best spots to stay in. I will also PM you.

Heading to New Zealand

I want to inform everyone that I have been offered a player/coaching job for hockey in New Zealand and since there seasons are opposite of ours I will be heading down in April and won't be returning until mid september.

I want to apologize for this. I played in Europe and bounced around in the minors but it has been seventeen years. My agent recieved a call and he thought of me. Emails were exchanged and it looks like I will be going.

I was really looking forward to this and I know alot of you were counting on me to help get this together.

I am really sorry about this but just can't let this opportunity go especially since I usually get laid off in the summer months.

If there is anything I could do don't hesitate to ask.

Good luck to all and if any of you may be heading to New Zealand get in contact with me through this forum.

Hockey... In New Zealand???

Really.... hockey in kiwiland??? good luck....

So who's left in NB to map out a route in the May, June timeframe?

I would lilke to connect Quebec to NS with the least amount of asphalt possible while not taking more than two easy days of riding.
