I have one. I've had to tweak it a bit, but it works well.
The first spring was too stiff, it seems. Ohlins is still learning about this bike.
They have been more than fair w/ me.

If you get one, make sure and get the Ralle-Moto brace at minimum, if not Indy Unlimited's upper shock bolt bushing setup.

These aftermarket shock manufacturers are all using the same 3-piece design, which weakens the structural integrity of the upper shock mount on this bike. The mount system is designed for the stock shock, which is one solid piece and not three. If you get an aftermarket shock, this upper shock mount will most definitely need support.

The Indy fix will cost $100 for both the top and bottom.
The spacer/bushings Ohlins use are pretty prone to getting damaged by bent bolts.

If you have the funds, I'd consider contacting him. (Indy)
I know he was only making a limited amount, but you never know.

Sorry John out of the 60 kits I sent out worldwide you were the only one that sent it back because it was for a stock shock. I remember now. My bad. I need to know the shock brand to make the kit correctly.

I would suggest having it done by someone who knows what their doing. In my neck of the woods Im fortunate that I have Suspension Guru Dave Moss local so I had him adjust mine for me.

Yes, but still I would like to know what Öhlins recommends/has as stock. I would like compare that to what original Sachs has (which seem to have a bit too much internal preload for linkless swing arm) and what KTM's Adventure & Superenduro has. Trying to learn new things myself you know...
