I'd just as soon you place him when you can, but whatever is good for you.

New Tag

Well, this one is a cluster. ld did try to place the tag, but the roads that he tried had just been oiled, and slicker than snot with his 96.5% worn out torrances, then it got dark, and he didn't feel comfortable on dirt at night. Being he was erring on the side of safety, I cut him some slack.

Here is a pix after I explained all the beers he will be buying.

Here is Twitchy's new spot. Turn directly across from the Burger King that is in the Tunkhannock Walmart's parking lot, go 100 yards, then duck & continue to the end.

See the tree that is in the background in front of my bike. (not the V shaped)
Careful the gofer hole next to it.

I really wanted to try and get a plane as it was landing, but activity was slow.

Nice grab. Told you the dirt tags weren't that bad for the Beemer. Just slower. That was a bumpy ass road.
Don't forget, 8 hour rule. Dennis is chomping at the bit, big time.
Any more beer penalties, and I may loose my 'functioning alcoholic' status!

New Tag

Ok, I've stalled long enough...it's almost dark Dennis!

This location is only about 6 or 7 miles south of where I picked Twitchy up. Look for Root Hollow Road off of Route 29.

Follow Root Hollow Road almost exactly 2 miles and you will see this.About 1 1/2 miles back, look for a run down deserted brown house...this is where I lived for six years of my life....it was a lot nicer when I lived there!
[IMG][/IMG]

There is a small path leading down to the stream. Twitchy decided he wanted to cool off in a cold mountain stream!

[IMG][/IMG]

[IMG][/IMG]

Be on the watchout for Rattlesnakes! No I'm not kidding!

[IMG][/IMG]

Directly across the stream you will see this rock, Twitchy is chilling behind the rock.

Nice. Did I know you in a prior life? Helped deliver furniture to that house when I was a pup. I remember when you could continue out Root Hollow up the mountain to the lookout.

So you're not dirt challenged after all.

No, not dirt challenged at all...just my bikes. I used to race enduros for quite a few years.

When I lived in that house the road was still open all the way to Forkston. Last time I tried you could still get a Dual Sport through whats left of that road. If I end up getting another Dual Sport we'll have to take a ride through there...
