Loaded up in Niagara and Headed for Luskville. A 6 hour drive.

These guys forgot a few things so off to Zellers for $5 pillows and $10 sweatshirts.

I put them to work on the beach. Water levels are at an all time low.

Day 1 Morning

Took some nice back roads on the way to Fort Coulonge.

The water crossing at Lac Litchfield had some hidden boulders and holes.

GPS Master had to dismount.

Unfortunately, Trail Blazer fell over in the middle and watered out and I didn't get a picture. I was too busy trying to save him and getting my feet wet.

Water cooled headlight.

I've got 150 acres of wild property 10kms west of Litchfield, 100s of Kms of great roads and trails all around. Nice to see someone checking out our area.

Wasn't that tooth supposed to come out before we left?

I've ridden a lot of the dirt north of the 117, just enough to know there's a hell of a lot more I haven't touched yet. Fun place to play.

Day 1 continued

After getting the KTM going again there must have been some water in the oil, which increased the level, forcing the motor to burn oil. For the next while there were huge clouds of blue smoke in the forest.

This trail was probably the hardest we did on the trip. Technical, muddy and overgrown, and not much used. Everyone fell down at least once.

Going for it.

Not quite the desired result.

The 640 Adventures were a handful in here.
