And I see you have a good thing going for sure. As I recall, that road, the OLD Coulterville road, is a real hoot of wheelie prone switchbacks, I rode it way back with a AMA racer of the day and man did we have us a fun pace going. (nice thread and nice pics guys)
Another "Italian Bar" road excists off Minerettes Rd. So of Mammoth Pool, and is the true Center of Cal. Signs and marker are easy to spot.
We used to get centered there...lol.
Along that route find Grizzly Meadow rd. Top of the mountain via sweet rolling switchbacks w/veiw of Mammoth Mtn.
Comes out to Beasore Road No. of Bass Lake.
Maybe someone will look it up or even ride it.

Yep made it to SFO and our diner reservations and back this afternoon. the weather over there is perfect this time of year...Only problem is two cracked ribs, kind of explains why I was somewhat disfunctional after "the incident". Well at least I know a good nurse!!
thanks again...It looks like the radiator is toast...The brackets holding the radiator in position are both broken off, and there is about six peices of wood punctured the radiator...I am amazed it made it back to be honest...I will post some pics when I get it apart...Rule #1 no Jousting with Mother Nature...
