Thumb

My family is out of town on the 10th, 11th and the 12th. PM me and we can set something up.

I'm down in Modesto.... What's so "Ugly" about today up in the Mother Lode?... The Forest Service doing their "Controlled" fires again?

Just a quick thanks to all the guys, had a great ride today and it looks like the GPS did NOT dump the track

I spent the better part of this afternoon trying to figure out how to do that....
The picture every 30 sec, not so great....lots of shots of the dust!!!!!
I am sorry to say that I do not have any shots of the one dead end/fallen tree. I am sorry but if you want to go back, help yourselves.

Truly enjoyed riding with you guys, we will have to schedule something for Aug!!

No real order to these next time we can shot video...

Ya, had a great time riding, it was great to meet new riders. That GS800 punches great holes through heavy brush! Here a the few pics I took.

Where the F are we?

Typical road

This is where Memnok crashed, even though he will deny it.

This is what happens when you try to grow wings and fly over your handle bars! The dirt tasted rather nice today i Must say.

Here's some of the photos I took.

Memnok, Lasherman, ADVmindset, and Mr B.

That was some cool single track. It's too bad we couldn't continue on it.

Lasherman checking out his dirt rash.

It was nice riding with all you guys, I had fun. It was good to get into some new trails I haven't been on before. See you next time.

Had a great time riding with you all. Found a lot of cool places to ride. Click here to see a detailed map of the ride that you can zoom.

The ride:

It was good riding with everyone. We'll have to get going on the next ride date and location. I have attached the GPX file for those who like such things.

I am glad you guy enjoyed yourselves, as there is plenty of good riding up here that gets little use.

I see you went part way up FS4N05. Don't know what made you turn around, but I am glad you did. My only excursion there got me an intro with an angry guy complete with a 45auto and a pitbull. The rd is gated further on anyway. Unfortunately that route apparently is on the wrong side of the gate.

Memnock please read your PM

4N05 had a log down and blocked our way....pretty dense underbrush, so to speak. Kind of like a fullback hitting the line, Head down on the gas and hope the guy in front dont stop.....

Ya, "so to speak". It was dense enough to grab my handle bar and pull me off the bike at one point! But there is no photo, so technically, it never happened.
