Just finished putting the new rear tire on. It was a terrible back aching two hours. The last two times I did it took some work, but it was really difficult this time. I even had to take it half way off again because I pinched the new tube with the irons. Luckily my old patched tube is still holding air just fine. I was seriously considering throwing the wheel in the trunk and bringing it to a shop tomorrow, but that just isn't in my nature.

Looks like it's shaping up to be a great group, lets pray for lots of snow melt. Can't wait for Sunday, there's no better way to meet new friends than riding.

Anyones welcome. I don't think I would call it challenging, but Stonyford will be a zoo and it's much closer than Hogsback. We'll just be riding county dirt roads ( a few rocky/rutted sections ). Everything else is under snow. But for me if I'm riding I'm having fun. Hope you can make it.
For anyone coming from out of town the GPS coordinance to the Country Waffle are 39-42-56-W, 121-47-42-W

The Gold Country ride for today was a bust...apparently they don't feel the need to return any of my emails, and I wasn't going to ride all the way down there without any kind of confirmation.

So I'm in for tomorrow! I'll be in the back of the pack with the beginners ;)

See ya tomorrow!

Great Ride Today

Great Ride today guys, A little more snow melt and our destinations will be unlimited. I'll probably be riding every weekend from now until next winters snow, anyone who wants to come along is welcome email me ironmandualsport@sbcglobal.net . I'll go to Wildwood next week and see what the snow levels are like and should start pre-riding the Wildwood 400 within the next few weeks
