Question Riding the Stampede Trail

whom has riddin the trail & how far did you get... Reach the magic bus ?

Seems like you'll need to find a way to cross the Teklanika river .

Looks like a trip In the making for next season ;)

Erik Halfacre has the best site I've seen about doing the trail

http://www.stampedetrail.info/

Have fun with that!

I've done an atv tour on part of it and was glad to be on 4 wheels in several parts. I'd like to try more of it next summer or winter, vehicle dependent of course.

Yep, and if you come into REI you can visit with him or his wife upstairs or with me downstairs.

Very great info on the video.

I would like to take a ride out there next year. We'll see how far the bike can go. From there , I can park and hike.
Now how to drag someone along ...hrmmm
