Outdoor/portable kitchens?

I am sure the depth of genius here can help me shed some light. I have found a few but I would love to know more. I am thinking about a Sportsmobile camp van or home build like PVangel is building. A complete mobile kitchen would reduce the clutter and complication.

What say you? I found the Grubhub one - looks cool but there has got to be more. Seems a little $ for what you get and you still have to add a stove.

Id like to do something like this, but with a coleman stove and a dorm fridge instead of the built ins, Then put it on wheels so I could move it in and out of the trailer.

I'm stealing your idea on my little enclosed trailer/camper thing I'm building. Thanks.

I thought of that. I started out doing it actually, and have the cabinet/countertop/sink combo that a friend gave me, plus already own the fridge. It's heavy. I'm still making the same contraption, just plan on leaving it in the trailer.
