If this was last year, I would've said yes but this time I have other plans.... Too bad it would've been a great opportunity to the my new Klim gear.

Damn, wish I could. I'll be riding the TNE route from the Maine/new Brunswick border up into Quebec if anyone wants to join up for some riding in August

As it stands I'll be solo for the trip until we meet up on the Gaspe Fab. Look forward to riding together and tipping a few brown bottles

It would be nice to have some company through new Brunswick if anyone is in the area mid August and has a couple of days to waste

Depending on dates and how much my co-workers are pissed at me for going on so many rides, there is a way outside maybe that I could find time to ride in August...

Sounds interesting. Does the route go anywhere near Campbellton, NB?

Edit: I found this. The route looks good. What are you thinking for dates?

Leaving Ottawa on August 13th. Two days of slab to get to the NB/Maine border.

August 15th to the 18th I'll be riding the proposed TNE route across NB and up through the Gaspe where I'll meet Fab at Perce Rock. We'll then continue the TNE route across the Gaspe, jump a ferry to Baie Comeau and ride Fab's section of the TCAT/TNE through Quebec, ending in Poisson Blanc. A day slab for me back home after saying good bye to Fab.

At Poisson Blanc the TNE route heads north and the TCAT heads west. Next weekend a group of lads and myself are going to drive the TCAT from Poison Blanc to Ottawa. All goes to plan this will complete the Quebec portion of the TCAT and completely finish the TNE route

Back in Ottawa on August 22nd or the 23rd.

Shoot me an email if you'd like to join up and do some riding/exploring

As awesome as that sounds I can't take that much time. I have a ride this month for a bit over a week and am planning on CroMag in September so I'm'a have to pass.

Not for me! It will take me 6 months to decide to buy some new clothes, but I can impulse buy a new motorcycle at the drop of a hat!
