Hey eadly, I'm hitting the road on Friday-hopefully hooking up with Fab might be able to run an interesting looking little side road in his neck of the woods

Great Day

Road across most of New Brunswick and had a bit of everything, backroads, logging roads, a bit of snowmobile trail, water crossings, got lost, had an electrical issue, super friendly people, great scenery. New Brunswick did not disappoint. Being lost in the middle of nowhere and almost running out of gas always adds a level of excitement

About hour from the Gaspe and looking forward to the proposed route, looks "doable"

Mine, lost all electrics then lost ignition, fuses were blowing. After some pondering found a zip tie came loose and the speedo wired frayed and was shortening out. About an hour but it was hot and sunny

Know Thy Motorcycle. That's a new definition to me but one we can all apply.

Rode with Jenna and Mike much of the day on the old CN line west of Thunder Bay. They are camped at Quorn Lake tonight, an excellent spot betweeen Graham and Silver Dollar.

Bit of a flop day for the route, tried three times to get up into the hills on logging roads and got turned around each time. The consolation prize wasn't too shabby though, a nice coastal ride up to Perce Rock. Its hot and sunny and we're the only people in the campground. Beauty view of "the rock" from our campsite. Tomorrow we head to Matane (via Murdocheville and some gravel along the edge of Chic Choc park) to grab the ferry to Baie Comeau and begin riding the tcat to Fab's house(600 km gravel) where a new back tire waits for me
