Black is fast

Here are some photos of my Black Pearl with some modifications ...

all plastics replaced with fiberglass ... mudguard, left and right upper and lower side panels (lowers painted black matte as per Wasp suggestion), high windshield (used to make a fiberglass clone with wings), trying the Giantloop Great Basin without the passenger seat, silencer covers in fiberglass black matte, passenger footpeg supports replaced with strong 1 inch tubing, Givi top case with support and ...

foot protection (mud flaps) and shift protection enhanced (will make it in carbon) and ...

balanced rear view with fuel reservoir on right side similar to exhaust canister on left (have to raise front) which will be increased in capacity to 8 liters, and ...

the fuel reservoir has room to grow under the passenger footpeg support ...

More to come ...
Cheers,
Roberto

I'm going to use the GL Great basin on my S10. Been using the GL for almost a year on my KLR after using aluminum panniers. Absolutely love the soft bags. No more snagged feet under the hard bags.

Wasp - did you fit the 140 or 150 K60's...

There seems to be an huge price difference between the two and seeing some have fitted 140's in other brands I can't see why I should spend an extra $70 on the 150 ...

thoughts ??

I heard on the grapevine Wasp that there is a new bit coming for the S10 reeeeaaaallll soon, I think I know twat it tizPick me, pick me.

I've booked my exhaust in to the ceramic coating dudes on Tuesday, they reckon coz the Arrow header pipes come outa the collector, and the collector and muffler pipe are only short that they will be able to coat the inside of the whole sharbang as well, sweet.

The only other stuff on the radar on the real short list is the Power Commander V with auto mapping and the PC shift kit and dyno tune by Todd down at Bunbury Ducati, the good thing about that lot is I'll have two places to sleep, the poor house and the dog house Anybody got an inflatable goat for sale
