The engine's almost ready to go back in.

You look to have your hands full but I thought it might have a rare Lincoln shaft, muffler bearing or Hendersonville sprag you couldn't get from the dealers!

Info only, I saw the ad and recalled the thread.

Oh not this again. If that dang muffler bearing is being changed make sure you get some of that high dollar muffler bearing grease. The cheap crap just dries out in your hand.

Aren't there enough threads already devoted to the argument of regular or synthetic muffler bearing grease?

Next someone will ask what tire stem filters are best!

Plenty of threads dealing with those PITA tire stem filters too.

she's all back together, but needs oil, a filter, and, most importantly, a battery; which I have not found the time or money to buy.

Alright, I pulled the Loser back into the shop. Like I said, I think all it needs is a battery, oil, and oil filter. I'm guessing it's $100 away from running, so I'm accepting donations:

Give to The Loser:

I'll match any money donated, so if we can raise $50 in the next couple days hopefully that will cover everything. If all goes well (it always does ) I'll have The Loser at the Elephant ride in two weeks.

Deal?
