No. No. I had an ex who had a friend from that neighboehood. I thought that might be mis construed only after I posted.

TDC, I know where it is, Mrs. Ratski showed it to me a couple of months ago. She told me about it with the intent it would become a tag at some point!

if it's cool with y'all, I'm gonna do up a map of this game similar to the one Benron has done for the WI Tag-fest. Sounds like something fun to do. So, was the Old Plank Road Trail Sign the one at Meadowlark road?

Just pick it up on your way to work. Leave a bit early and get some fresh air before the daily grind. No VACA required.

Yes it was Meadowlark. The map idea is sweet. We can stick the link to it on the OP.

dead battery!

I was there. I rode through three separate rain storms. But my phone was in my breast pocket and it got wet too. Now it is froze up and wouldn't take the picture.

That is an awesome bridge and a great tag but I failed. Must just be my week to fail.

As I came out of the dentists office this afternoon with a big Zip-Lock of dential hygene goodies, I took everything out of it, folded it up, and stuffed it in my jacket pocket for just such an occasion. Looks a s if KC could have used it.

Never thought of using baggies for the phone... Just used the to keep other goodies dry. Besides it was 80 and the rain looked way to the south. On the other hand, my camera is waterproof. I looked at it and started to reach for it before I left and decided that my phone has been rockn the photos, why add bulk.... its like a fairing... just xtra weight.
At least I know how to get to the tag. I twisted through the kettles, even took a few un-named dead end gravel roads. And went over an old closed bridge with a huge barricade that I had to squeeze past. Maybe I'll super-slab it tomorrow and take the camera.

Bought a really nice phone once, 3 days later caught in the rain, that was the end of that phone...now I keep a large ziplock wrapped up with a rubber band in my tank bag at all times.
