Sure this'll make some people mad
In 92 I went to some club's outing where one guy asked me to video tape his bike.
I did not condone this action and would have taken the bike myself. He insisted on sending his bike to the graveyard. That evening he set the bike ablaze. He said all the parts were worn out, but the handlebars were something he wanted to save.

Where the road ends...
This is at the top of a tidal lake in the lower mainland. There was a lot of logging that went on here, so guys would bring vehicles in on the empty log barges that came back to civilization loaded with wood to use between cut blocks and camp. These cars are left all over. At the end of a 23 km logging road there is a hot springs right beside a RAGING river. cool stuff. I canoed up the 35 km's with mountain bikes to ride the road, there *might* be a backroad in. I'll have to explore this summer.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As far as I know, any of these abandoned vehicles could be taken outta there by a guy, just need something to float them outta there on. woofer2609 screwed with this post 04-24-2012 at 12:26 PM Reason: added more info |

One More...
Saw this at the top of Indian Arm in Vancouver. I was thinking about advertising it in the "Free" section on Craigslist

An AMF Roadmaster tire-scrubber moped... possibly the worst form of mechanical transportation ever devised. They make the often-bashed Chinese no-name scooters look modern and reliable by comparison.
For some weird reason, I always wanted one.

![]() But yeah way too much of that abandonned logging crap & vehicles all up & down the coast. There was some just above my friend's place in the Kootenays, took a while but she got it cleaned up.
