dual bike ride! took two of mine out today for a run!

well I started out on my brand new crf230. It was its first run. I must stay its impressive for a little bike, I noticed its short comings, however, they are easily fixed. the bike in the tight woods is a hoot and a holler! blasting double track, streams, deep puddles rocks roots etc. all in all 50 fun KMS...

then about 6pm, I broke out the KLR that lay dormant for a month! gasp!...

I went for a little street tour on that putting about 60kms on it. tooled around a few local towns and what not.

I never got any pics, no place to put my camera on the crf. and forgot to take it with me on the KLR. DOH!....next time for sure, it will be with me for both rides.

Livin' large! CRF and a KLR.. I bet the smaller bike is more fun.. I enjoyed my KLX250 a bit more than the KLR in the dirt..

It goes places my GSA can't (at least with me on it ) Fun little bike.

Yep. The klr is a couch where the crf is a knife.

Don't know if the "L" version is any different than yours, but I'm getting over 60 mpg. And that's with quite a bit of WOT. Pretty sweet!
