100 mile's.. no wonder I was tired last night. We cought a break with that cloud cover and had some comfortable temps. I went thru my pics, only have one keeper. Thanks for putting that together I have never ridden up that way. goner

Missed another good one!

Wow, looks like I missed a good one. I had to vacate to Vegas for a few days :( . Thanks for the ride report. It helps when you can't join in on the fun.

I have a few to add before I get back to the Alaska report.

Here, goner shows his mad kickstart skills on Nightstalker's reluctant CRF.

Success!

But for how long?

Looks like it was still running at this point, but it didn't last. I think jrproper finally got it to stay lit.

On the trail to Cherry Rd. some workers were filling in mine shafts in the area with some kind of expanding foam. It must have been a pretty active area to have needed this kind of a retaining wall!

The start toward Jerome.

Going down.

A view of Jerome from the trail.

This is about where we found out about jrproper's flat #2 of the day.

After lunch playing in the dried up water tank. One of the first jump attempts by jaybiker.

We both had a few tries at it.

Jaybiker cleared for takeoff!

Nightstalker through the rocks.

Goner in the next rock garden. Watch out for the paparazzi!

Nightstalker through the same section.

No casualties in the rock gardens!

A picture of Nightstalker taking a picture of the Elevation sign.

Odd green bee at the potty break point. I have never seen one of these before.

On the way back we took some alternate trails to try to find a route on the GPS. It was there. Kind of. This nice little cabin was hidden along the alternate route.

And back on Cherry Rd. the way we came.

I had just over 101 miles on my odo and about 98 on the GPS. Either way, it was fun!

Awesome ride guys.............Terry great write up as usual.

One question, isn't the slime supposed to go inside the tube?

Looks like some fun riding with the exception of that rock garden - that looks like broken plastic waiting to happen.

Thanks for sharing your day.

Hey we saw you guys in Jerome. We were there on our street bikes.
Looks like you guys had more fun the we did on the ride up. Getting stuck on the way to jerome in back of cars with driver that have no idea that they dont need to ride their brakes all the way to jerome.

I will have to check out the other way soon.
