Trading up from 60cs to Zumo 550
I have been using a 60cx for about four years and I am finding it harder and harder to read the screen, even when wearing readers. I can only see the screen well if the Sun is directly behind me. So my question is, does the Zumo 550 work the same way as the 60cx as far as down loading Mapsourse Topo tracks from my computer to the Zumo 550?
The Zumo screen looks a lot larger and I think it would be easier to read while riding. I have a number of GPS track stored on my computer from rides I have layed out and other dualsport rides I have saved. I have looked at a bunch of how to use the Zumo 550 video's and have seen all the features of the Zumo but I have not seen where you can down load GPS track from a computer, made with MapSource Topo Maps? Thanks for any info. LaPorte LaPorte

I'd love to know the answer to this question as well. I'm one that has worked exclusively with tracks instead of routes, having an extensive collection by this point. I want to get a Zumo, but if it doesn't support tracks, I just can't do it...
Anybody got a definitive answer on this? I have searched and searched for this... |

I would say it would be going backwards or a step down, The ZUMO is a street unit. not any good for off road use as they will not import tracks without first converting to a route, no good IMO
