You Can't Have to Many Rats.

Conklin Camp Rat Run. Nice Scorpion. We will be at Boomtown Sat. the 20th. Riders-up and gone 9:30am. ALL BIKEs recon ride to Conklin Camp. Where- ever TF that is. All brands...No plans...No brain=OK . If you ride dirt roads

and a bit of trail you can be our leader. You might even be able to MC the riders drawing???

A 150 mile colors ride this Sat. FREE

Day Ride

A day ride.. I am thinking 6-7 hrs. Fuel (food) in Portolla. Sack lunch. Lots of BS. No itinerary. Just a fall ride to check out the Conklin Camp for a future overnight campout. I am going to the FS office tomorrow. Hope to get more info on the back roads and trails that are open to bike travel. We are all ears, if anyone knows these answers. I talked to a guy that claimed too have traveled from that general area to Taylorsville/Greenville area.

Day ride to Conklin Campground to recon a future campout ride (and just for an excuse ride somewhere )

Just a loose general plan up for onsite revisions depending on the barometer and atmospheric pressure at any given point.
In fact I'm not even sure where it is!

Bring you "B" game

Its about riding and having fun without the BS that goes with organized events. A all-bikes thingie. When you see the sh...it I ride you might puck in your helmet.

Wish I could join you guys but I've got other plans on Saturday.

Forrest Service maps are okay, but I think the National Geographic maps of that area are better. I got them at REI. Not cheap but high quality and they seem to have more trails marked on them.

New cheater bike not ready yet
I'm riding the 990 so anyone with a big boy bike will not feel left out.
(plus I could use the help turning it around)

Well I guess I'm on a cheater... Suzuki DR650... will you think less of me? lol
It's ok since my riding skills make it appear as if I'm riding an unwieldy behemoth!

See y'all at 0930 - hope someone brings a map - or not!
