Tiff,

I enjoyed our chat at the Giant Loop booth at BMWMOA. I was the oddball with the KTM 990.

Safe travels!

Why do I get the feeling that whatever I say, it will be taken the wrong way on this mostly male forum?
Colebatch I wouldn't be casting aspersions if I was you.

Tiff if you have a flickr or smugmug account you can just link to the image. It's so much easier than trying to upload into ADV. Give me a shout if you're stuck.

Colebatch will vouch for my expertise in such audio/visual matters

Got the official notice this morning that the attachment function doesn't work and you'll need to do the smugmug or other picture sharing method.

I forwarded you the message I got in regards to uploading photos. I set up a smugmug account this morning and it worked slick. FREE for two weeks and then it's like 40 bucks for the year. I'm leaving next week for a long ride across Wisconsin on an old bike so I'm glad I got the account. Hope to take some good pics.

progress

Tiff .. You're almost there ... your education is almost complete. That pic you posted the link to ... well you dont just post the link, you need to post it as a picture link ... there are two ways to do that ... manually, by typing after it ...

or the proper way, which is just to click on the tiny yellow graphic with a mountain on it (under the smilies drop down box - which is just above the text editing box) ... and then a window pops up inviting you to insert the link of the pic.

if you do that, this will happen:
