Well unfortunately I'm out. Truck is still in the shop. Ring, pinion, carrier bearings and clutch plates (uugh).
Will someone please keep an eye on Rich. He has a tendency to wander off on his own.

No worries, I know the trails up there too, and I have a nice color map now thanks to that link you posted!

Damn Joel, if you aren't riding Sat, I may bail and go ride my mtn bike up at Big Bear with a another group of friends that's camping up there, and then head home for Sun activities.

off work and getting ready. there's a new smaller counter sprocket on the wr. tried it out at rowher, nice boost in second gear on the climbs and the front end is lighter, quite a feat for this little bike. i'll be there 10ish maybe earlier tomorrow.

Sadly, I'm out.

I was expecting to have an engine waiting for me when I returned from out of state. Was gonna throw it in the bike and head out. Alas, no engine, not ready. That, or I have a awesomely light weight TE610, albeit seriously underpowered. Either way, not suitable for Kennedy Meadows.

Have fun guys, I'll be staring at the walls awaiting your pics.

Just curious what happened to the engine?

I have a Husky 610 SM, which is the same bike as yours but with supermoto wheels and brakes, so I'm interested in knowing what the failure mode was, if any?

Thanks.
