If you do the doors and windows right though, with stucco and steel framing, it would be nearly utterly fireproof.
One of the features on their website talks about how hard it is to get the right pricing done on them because they are basically fireproof and indestructible by weather events. One homeowner basically got the insurance company to cover the contents only and the finance company approved it.

Yes on kitchen, that is the reason for adding 10 feet to the floor plan. Four eye range, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. Location opposite wall from bathroom.

Footprint will be Roughly 10 feet longer than a typical motel room.

If you put the bathroom and kitchen against the same wall you greatly simplify/shorten your plumbing runs...

OK, I see you changed it to that. LOL.

Correct,

I know I'll overlook some things, but I was a house framer for 10 yrs, 30 yrs ago. I'm optimizing material/labor by changing plans to 4 & 8 foot increments. (plywood, lumber, tile, roofing material, etc.) My real job now is job costing & estimating software.

Plan is to build one prototype for $4.5 k, and build 3 or 4 more as rental units. Should be quick to build.
