POS... the battery compartment separates from the body ... the contacts from that to the rest of the lamp oxidize over time and you get intermittent contact. Same model from Radio Spares ... POS.

I've a Black Diamond about 20 years old .. the switch rubber is worn through, I've had to replace the wires from the battery to the LEDs ... still going ... I'll buy another of these.

velcro on one of the jacket pockets came undone pretty quickly, not great issue as i'll get it resewn. semi waterproof, takes about 40 mins before the damp starts to work its way through in light rain. still works fairly well after that as it cuts down the chill factor. overall impressed for the low cost of the gear.
Seconded on the trousers, I haven't been game to use them in much rain but I've used them in pretty cold weather and they were excellent.

I got the Aldi tent to add to the collection of tents - Mrs Buzzhead doesn't understand why I need so many (do I ???)

Anyway I must have got a bonus with the tent - as the advertised 2.5kg tent weighs in at 2.79kg. I haven't worked out what bonus I got though. Tent looks good for for the price.

I'll try to explain that to her. So many shoes, boots etc. Apparently I don't understand.

But are you playing with a full deck?

I got the First Aid Kit and a couple of self inflating matresses.

We'll see how they go.

Surprising what you can fit on a big deck.
