Thanks guys. Glad you enjoy. I did just see a row of 'bixi' bikes in Adam's Morgan this weekend and did a double take.

And kind of a twisted Cinderella Castle that Mormon Temple 16...

The chalet is at Lac York (Lake) which is a nice place to stay if your taking that way to Gaspe.

nice report. we used to talk about doing the Gaspe back when the New England Chapter was active, but we never did.

Nice report! You guys seem like nice riders. I usually like to find out more about the riders biography, but sadly most riders leave that out of their report. I guess it must be a privacy thing?

By the way, Maine is quite mountainous. Your expedited ride home appears to have run you over I-95 which misses all that is good about Maine terrain. We have some beautiful mountains to the north of I-95 and then of course we have the coast. Take care!

Yeah I'm not sure I'm a pretty private person for the most part, so I imagine a bit of not wanting everyone to know everything.

As far as breezing through Maine, I guess that's the price we paid for running such a tight schedule. We wanted to spend as much time tooling around Quebec as possible and found ourselves in Gaspe without too many more days left. Everyone that I know from Maine always gives it high praise. I'm a bit sad I didn't get to see Acadia as I've heard its quite beautiful.

I'm looking at possibly riding out west here in the next few weeks as I have some time in between jobs.

I put on some K1100RS handle bars which is a lot better without any wind protection. A nice ride into work yesterday. Working on covering the gold with matte black.
