Still in Eagleville, headed to Gerlach tomorrow. Temps should be in the 60's for the rest of the trip

Started out snowy from Bend, OR on Thursday. Took China Hat to Christmas Valley via Fort Rock.

Got stuck in a couple of storms, one bad enough we took shelter in a hay barn.

Got to Christmas Valley and one of Littleposum's moto gloves had a hole in the finger and the tip was turning black!

Got a cool set of latex.

The desert east of here is still snowed in or total slop. It's getting late and cold so we pound out 60 or so miles of slab to Hogback RD.

This NV stuff beat the Central Oregon crap hands down. 1rst gear sliding down the grade was a treat!

It has been! Camping every night but the last two. Stayed with some relatives in Eagleville.
Headed back out after a late breakfast today. Don't need to be back to Bend, Oregon till Tuesday night.

Mmmm...

Sticky, yet slippery mud.
Amazing they can both exist simultaneously.
Tell me the Universe doesn't have a sense of humor.

Slickest mud I've had the pleasure to ride in yet.

Well a week and over a thousand miles later and we're home. Great ride, I'll get pics up as quick as I can. I have a weeks worth!

Friday morning was cold and windy, we packed up and headed to Plush. Our original route would have brought us past Beatys Butte, but the whole area was still snowed in.

Back to Plush

No breakfast at Plush, but we had a cup of coffee to warm up.

Then south to Adel for breakfast and fuel.

One of the inmates from ADV asked if we could get some pics of his relatives and his late wife's dog while in Adel.
Well we did

Southbound to Nevada!
