The red mutes the output so it's not as "blinding". I find most folks stop well short due to the force-field emanating from Dirt Ninja
Here's a side shot of the light, just under the rack, to the right of the givi.

Found that under all the Georgia clay from the last trip.

Hi Sanjoh,
Is that new red "lens" the prismatic one you spoke of earlier? I thought for some reason it was a stick on type thingie. I wanted to attach it to the rear brake light. Is that possible? Thanks

The prismatic lens is in the works, it will be attached to the lens. This one is a lens replacement.

Can't wait to get my 2 30's and 2 60's mounted. I'll disrupt all the cell phones nearby with solar flares....

Hi i bought the dimmer and I am not sure how to connect the bypass wire on 1200 gs. In the switch is a lot of wires and I don't want to cut them unless I am 100%sure which wire is the right one. Can someone help me please?

Hey Sanjoh, I noticed that one of my lights has condensation on the inside of the lens while the other is perfectly clear. Should I be concerned? I thought these are supposed to be water/weatherproof? I have been riding in the rain for what it's worth

FlyinPig: For what its worth in rain or even heavy fog my lights have always ended up with some condensation inside; thankfully it doesn't seem to affect the lights - yet.

I'm sold on them. The addition of the dimmer that alows a hi power/low power setting and has a high beam override switch is the ticket.
I have installed this set up on both my Super Enduro and my Super Duke. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Guys I could use some help.
I installed a pair of model 60s along with the wireless LED dimmer/high beam bypass into a 2008 BMW K1200GT. The installation went fine and the lights are amazing, but every single time I turn them on I get a Brake Failure warning on my dash. It even knocks out the cruise control when I switch them on. To clear the brake failure light I have to shutdown and restart the bike. The GS-911 is throwing and storing ABS codes, but I can clear them by shutting down the bike. I do not have any codes or brake failure lights so long as I keep the M60s DARK. Well that sucks, eh? Ok - onto what I tired --none of it was successful.
I hope that someone reading this will see the error of my ways and clue me in to where I've gone wrong. I was about an inch away from pulling them out of the bike today and running them over with my truck. Any help you can throw my way will be much appreciated. I guess on the bright side is I have the brackets and wiring in place for a set of ClearWater lights. ![]() Cheers! |
