Quick question...if everything seems to be connected correctly, why would a dimmer not work?
With the fob, it will turn on/off but will not dim.

Does the light flash on the fob when adjusting up/down?

Thank you.
I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Finally got my M64's mounted. I disconnected the original aux lights and used that wiring to power these through a controller. Everything seems to work so I must have wired them right. No canbus issues or warnings - not even sure if that circuit is monitored by the canbus. I used the low beam as a switched power source so the M64's wont come on until the bike is running - and - the aux light switch is on. I may change that later, first configurations are always... trial and error.
I haven't used them at night yet - but they look like they will have enough light to suit my needs. ![]() Looks like a night time aiming procedure should be next. These look like they're aimed a little high... Foggy day on the beach this afternoon. ![]() Mounting the lights forward of the radiator like in the previous photo gave off a lot of turbulence going into the radiator when you get up to speed. Made a different set of mounts to bolt up to the original OEM aux lights. This works A LOT better. And looks better too. I'm going to keep this setup in the picture below.

That's a deal! I just ordered a set to replace some IPV halogens that work great but are hard on the battery.

Here is a few quick pics with an Instamatic
. It's hard to get good pics on the right road and right distance to show how they truly are.Low beams on (HID on both low and high). High beams on with the M64's on at 100%. ![]() They look like they will reach out to 300 ft, just what I wanted. I didn't have time to measure just how far that pole was because there was too much traffic, besides I was next to someones house and it was late at night. Didn't want mr. shotgun coming outside. Interesting note; I had more people 'bright' me running the M64's at 10% at night than during the day time. Makes sense now that I think about it (people are more sensitive to a spot LED at night than during the daytime) - didn't foresee that one though. This may be an instance where the rotary dimmer would be handy. WindSailor screwed with this post 03-01-2013 at 09:52 PM |

Do you still stock the headlight replacement for KTM 530 2010? I really liked the looks of getting a model 60 in the headlight but didn't order one last year when I first saw them. Your site only lists the kit for the older KTMs and the Husky. Thanks!
