Need a room mate in Flagstaff

Looking for a room mate or two to share my 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in east Flagstaff. 2 car garage with room for bikes! Also has work tables and bike lift available for use. Close to non-motorized trails and 12 minute dirt ride to legal moto singletrack. Non smoker, no pets and prefer the same. Like minded moto heads basically. Send me a PM or post for more info.
