Well, I'd say the whole thing went pretty well. I made $7 in tips (which is awesome for it being almost all locals. They like to save their money for beer) got a free chicken fried steak and a bunch of whiskey. Several people said they thought I was awesome and they put me on the ticket for Thursday night. Cool.

It was a beautiful morning so a bunch of people and even more dogs sat out on the porch just outside the door so they could hear me and drink cheap beer from the store.

Afterwords I went outside and played some tunes with Moses and Mike in the sunshine. There was more beer drinkin' and safety meetin' and a good time was had by all. Ended up being an all day event and the Ratman didn't even pass out once. Viva Terlingua!!

Nothing better than cheap beer in the morning,good tunes and a somewhat aware ratman!!!

Update from the Land of...

So yesterday I worked

helping Alex pour 12 yards. The truck was cool. Everything mixed just before the chute.

Later, the bartender walked up and asked if I'd like any bacon with my beer. Gotta love Terlingua

I sat on the porch and listened and organized several safety meetings. We're ready for anything.

Ara showed up and we talked about the meaning of Life

Today was a 9 mile bicycle ride to make up for the beers
