Kewl, more Belgians here than I imagined.

I'm from Asse, living near Ninove, ride two BMW's. An R1150GSA and an F800GS, both white 'n blue

Grtz, Philip!

Hi (Belgian) ADVbikers,

It's not really an epic ride or a super adventure weekend.
But, with a few friends we are organising a fun motorweekend in June this year. For the 12th time we are organising the "zottekesweekend".
Our homebase is Geel in the Kempen. This small town is worldfamous for its system of mental ill people who are staying in families and can take part of the "normal life". The Flemish speaking people understand why the name of our weekend is "zottekesweekend" then

This year we are going to the Eifel in Germany on 2-3 & 4 June.
Staying in a nice hotel, breakfast and dinner included.
Everybody can join.. and everybody can make the trips on his own pass (on roadbook or GPS)

So ADV riders who are wanting to join us, you are very welcome !!!

All information on www.zottekes.be
and a small impression of the weekend on : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXteOVOZTiw

cheers
Peter

Omdat iedereen int engels bezig was?

Iemand die wat rustige off-road padjes weet rond Antwerpen om als beginneling wat op te gaan oefenen?

omdat het een internationaal forum is en omdat onze Waalse vrienden ook mee kunnen lezen/schrijven.

'Cause this is an international forum and our French speaking friends also can join reading/writing

Fellow belgian R1100gs rider checking in : i'm from the coast, so i'm probably quit a bit away from most people here, but nonetheless...

I just got my r1100gs, so i'm pretty new to all this adventure thing

Heyhey, welcome! Sadly, our fair small country isn't the best suited for this adventure thing, but we'll manage I guess ^^;
