Well...I went for it last night, after work...but was turned around halfway there due to not being able to see anything with the rain. i can deal with cold..I can deal with rain, and I can deal with night riding..last night was all three and it sucked..so I decided tomorrow is another day.

I was out the door at 6:30 am this morning....daylight was just coming up. All I had to deal with today was the cold..was 33 F when I left the house. Just got home a bit ago, and it has taken the last 30 minutes to thaw out. Evben the phone had locked up on way there, since it was so cold.

I got down there, on Lacey road, and could not find a "good" way in. The google maps route I made ended up having mining company driveways as roads....which in reality were not accessible.

Oh well, someone else can grab it.

I will have to hook up with you fellows one day, who know how to get in there. I have wanted to check that spot out for well over a year now. I had big aspirations this morning to be there as the sun came up and get some cool shots. even brought the tripod. Oh well.
