I might make it, if I do I'll head straight up to Usk and will be there by 10:00 am. I'm guessing we will meet at the gas station/store/burger joint where we got in out of the rain the last time we all got together.

The lawyer and gun thing has me a little worried though.

If I'm not there at 10:00 that means I'm not coming but I'll probably be there. Someone told me I needed to run a couple tanks of gas through my bike and I should listen because I know if he tells me to ride my bike he must be a wise man.

OK, just to prepare everybody, I had a little bicycle crash. One side of my face looks like burnt hamburger, the eye is purple and swollen, the ear is still there, mostly. LET'S RIDE!

Uh oh, that doesn't sound like fun. I guess you'll have to make up for the unfun bicycle ride with a fun motorcycle ride today.

Big Jer should be on the road about now. I'll bet he's having a beautiful ride. Early morning rides in the summer are the best and he's riding Flowery Trail which is always a fun ride. I swear they paved that road just for street bikes.

wauconda pass, sherman pass, flowery trail pass, tiger pass, and boulder pass. and 408 miles total today . feels like i've been goin up hill all day. thanks for the good ride today everybody it was fun!

Although, 400 miles on the seat of the KLX is liable to maim me for life..

aaah ya, i may have broken the speed limit just a wee bit on the way home.ya that klx seat looks harder than the lips on a wood pecker!! butt, you could do it. remember i did over 900 on the xr seat. [ felt like my ass had been run through a meat grinder an then had battery acid poured on it ] i survived to ride another day though. nice pics, hope every one made it home ok.

for somebody who does over 100mph on dirt... I don't want to even think how low you were flying today on the KTM. If I go over chances are I'll haul over and then ride. But the weather has to be a wee bit cooler or I'll croak.

They were both fun. I do appreciate not bleeding today though.

You rode some of the fun ones and getting to ride them all in one day makes it that much more fun plus you had the way cool bonus of getting to see us in the middle of your ride.

If I head over that way I'll be riding, my bike isn't a truck trollop You have the Giant Loop now and you can hit Walmart for one of those seat pads and you'll be set.

I noticed you were being careful as you taking off and puting on your helmet. I didn't get a picture of the bright purple eye, I thought PNWbuttercup had it covered but it looks like you were spared this time.

Do you think I may be able to stack, say, three-high on the seat? Ya that would be cool! My first valid adv trip... no truck... need a tent tho.

Spokane fair grounds Sat. Aug 21 for the debut of my 1968 Yamaha DT1 project bike.

Never been to the Fairgrounds, but from the photo on their website, looks to be 1/4 mile or so.

I'll be entering in the "Vintage Am" class for twin shock bikes earlier than 1980. Might be my best chance to do good. Might be some other old fools on relics.
