Have fun Tim and Robin, it's been a few years since the last time I went to a Supercross I need to do it again one of these days. Maybe next year I'll the the Seattle one.

In the meantime I'm thinking about heading to an upcoming vintage motorcross in Oregon. That is if weather improves so it will be fun camping.

I didn't use a kit. It was a piece here and a piece there. I did install a new stator with more capacity.

The XRR is kick only as well, but that's part of what makes it so bad-ass don't you know.

The battery is just there to smooth out the voltage at low RPM. That way the bulbs burn bright and steady at idle. I'm an electrician so I go kinda overboard about this stuff.

Quit raining about an hour ago, And less of a chance for rain tomorrow. Hopefuly its not to muddy, makes for a slower pace race.
And 80 in Rockford today?

I took advantage of the sporadic sunshine today and washed some bikes. Connie is still a bit buried and will get pulled out tomorrow.

Thank You!! It ran really good! Not good enough to keep up with the bored out 540cc TTs. Handling wasn't to bad. The aged and hard Carlisle tire on the front didn't do to good in the corners. I need to spend some money and get a fresh sticky tire. Hope tomorrow goes as well.
