Robin and I will be there tonight. I will be riding in with Brad and Sandy, and Robin will be arriving after work. Looking forward to seeing all of you again.

A hearty thank you to all who made the trek out to watch WWR. The evening was a success and we hope to see all of you again soon!

Thanks MM, had a nice time. Maybe next month another MC movie?
Maybe "CC and Company"? Ann-Margaret and Joe Namath, a classic!

Great time tonight! Really nice to see so many faces, known and unknown.

I would be happy to bring some of the DVDs I have to show. I have the WA, CO, and UT backcountry discovery route flics. I also have Dual Sport Riding Techniques, and Advanced DS Riding Techniques. I am sure others have good bike flics too.

Fieke, thanks so much for putting this on. Let's do another one in Jan.

Motivating show, those early rider-racers were the real deal.

Food was good too

One guy rode his 800 GS to the swaray tonite. Said he's heading for Death Valley in a few weeks. Good time !

I have maintained the position that I'm not really a "motorcyclist", that it's just another one of my hobbies. But almost every anecdote or topic in the movie, I had my own story to match. I guess I had better just admit that I have the addiction.

Yup, sounds like a full fledged addict to me.

Your sig. line looks interesting: My book:http://www.gearheadscookbook.com

Motorcycles aren't an addiction the purchase and riding of them can be stopped any time some of us just prefer not to.

Where was that picture taken?

On these cold dark winter nights I love to look at maps and plan future adventures. Part of that planning is to review the rides/pictures on this site and many a time I think we have all said: "I need to go there!!" The part I find frustrating is even though a picture is worth a thousand words it does not have a GPS location. So when we we see that picture we want to see in person the question can be where is "there"??

Maybe this thread could help all of us share exactly where there is for others...I would like to continue an experiment on posting a picture(s) of some of those sweet spots with a hyper-link in goggle maps of the exact location. Give it try. It is very easy to do...look forward to some feed back and hoping others will follow suit. Be safe CB

This location is on the Montana/Idaho border. It is a mountain called "She-foot". Have you been there?

Does the map link work?
