Looks like four patented mining claims. So, you own both the surface and mineral rights, yes? Any water rights?

Beautiful piece of property!

I've thought about hosting an ADV event or just a weekend up there. 2 years ago I dozed a road around the back side and made a campground area. I've had 10 trucks up there at once. HUGE bonfires. Trails lead right out the door, fishing is 5 minutes away too. It would be nice to host the T1 rides coming through too. Oh- did I mention huckelberries?? http://3upadventures.com/category/homes/burke-cabin/

Anybody riding this Sat?

Thinking of heading towards Rockford, over to Plummer, then St. Marie's and up 3 to the 90. Maybe a meet in Rockford for breakfast at 9:00. All paved, no dirt this time.

Gives me some incentive to put the Wee back together more quickly. I'll get back to you on this one.

I could probably meet you in Rockford.
I got the bike out of my shop today and brought it up to the garage. I also hauled all my riding gear back from Arizona so I might be up for a ride tomorrow.

Ahhhhhh geez, what makes you think I will chime in anytime now?

I went out to the garage and talked with my motorcycles and they told me they aren't ready to come out of hybernation yet so no riding for me.

I'll meet you for breakfast though.

Do they need some coffee or a mechanic to wake them up?

More like a 70 degree day and sunshine.

We have a plan for the motorcycle show. Sorry Moto-Trek I don't have us eating breakfast at a brewery.

Starting to side with LB on this one. 9AM is still chilly. But by 10 it'll be mid to upper 40s. What time you guys headed out from breakfast?
