However your ride did look like a lot more work than our ride:

That part was a lot of work, except for HellsAlien, he made quick work of it all by himself on his XR600

It was warm out, but we left our gear on, because if we fell while guiding the bike, we didn't want to get all covered in that slick wet mud.
When we got down, we all had to strip off our jackets and helmets and let the steam out.

But, a GREAT day it was. I'm sure not looking forward to JoMamma getting so many more posts than the regionals,
as seems to happen in the winter with a bunch of bored motorcyclists staying dry & warm inside on their computers.

Thanks for the great report, Ladybug! Looks like it was a great day. I look forward to riding with this local group sometime.

Can't this Saturday though. My youngest son plays his last soccer game of the season.

I like the breakfast at 9:00 and on the road at 10:00 idea. For this time of year it's better than breakfast at 7:30

How about another idea for a ride?????? How about a road ride to Avery, grab the tag: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...=688715&page=5 and do Slate Creek back up to Wallace and pavement back. Or Wallace, Slate Creek down and pavement back. Or something like that.

I'd like to talk with the guy at the Big Eddy - - - - I'm considering doing a Triple T in 2011. No promisses on that yet, I need to see what the Big Eddy can do for us first.

What do you think?

As long as buglady hugs are available, an Avery run sounds good to me. Wallace to Slate Creek, to Avery(?) to Big Eddy then maybe back up Rochat Road?

I dunno, seems kinda late in the year to be planning anything. The snow will be flying up there soon anyway.

Winter storage

I thought someone had put something up here about people with a heated warehouse renting out storage space for bikes. Can anyone bring me up to date on that? I'm looking for a place for my wife's '92 Miata, about twice the size of a DS bike.
