BoosterPlug review

Couldn't find much here about the Boosterplug. Sorry if there is a thread I missed.
Dealer told me I would get used to the snatchy throttle. I didn't. Clutched my ass off at low rpm/gear. Felt like I was riding it like a 15 year old girl. But I tried.
Installed the Boosterplug today. HUGE difference! Turned the bike into a ripper!
This is all subjective. No dyno, no fuel stats, but it sure is firggin' nice to go in the low gears/rpm without looking like a bobblehead.
Best $150 I've spent on the bike.

Thumb Accelerator

I just took the "tight Arse" alternative and installed an Accelerator ... http://www.sol2.be/Accelerator/English/index.html

Its only other performance mod at this time is a unifilter, but I will be adding a Leo Vince slip on when it arrives.

I really am surprised how much difference it seems to make. The bike feels more "Torquey" off the bottom, hardly seems to have any throttle snatch and it was cruising at an indicated 125Km/hr with no apparent vibration.

I have only taken it on one ride ... today which was about 250Km, bitumen, gravel roads and firetrails. Bike was a smooth as on the firetrails, there doesn't appear to any drastic fuel economy changes either, but it is a bit early to tell. Weather was quite cold 5 - 12 C and very windy.

Overall ... I am impressed
