Here is my 86 model Fatcat, I had the only one in Australia until Rob got one from the states, mine was officially imported by Honda with a view to sell them as an ag bike but never went through with it, I bought it off them in the late 90s.

Just finished fitting a Muskett replica muffler from NZ, excellent product, mine was rusting out.

Before

After

Over the Delatite river not far from home.

I'm sure that cat doesn't have 1 mile. They tend to do that on offroad bikes with no odometer.

agreed..look at the paint wear on the frame...or it has a enduro style odo like an XR that is resetable but has no Total milage on it so they list it as 1

That is a badass looking bike.

Inmate Mrbigwheel has a thread on here with a bunch of big wheel bikes in it. The three wheeler conversion kit for I think the 250 just looked amazing. I'd hit it!

Hi Guys
we are considering making a manrack for the tr200 fatcat, all pics of your reat or front rack would be nice so we can see what we are getting into, mike

I began the long clean up of the cat.

Pulled the carby off yesterday and found this:

I have thus far used carb cleaner - is it best to soak the parts in something?

There is a very thin layer of film that remains - is there anything I can spray to get it removed ?

Should I also get new jets? (the bike is 25 years old)

The air filter is toast - the foam is completely powder.

Certainly will go down and take a few now.

They need to be repainted - what's the best method? Paint stripper then repaint?
