Meanwhile....there's some serious business going on around Cuttle's bike.

BDXMPL doesn't mess around when it comes to mini vice grips, zip ties and electrical tape! The look on his face says it all!

My last shot...one for the crooozer crowd.

p.s. that Norton started on the first kick!!

It was wonderful up there in the Meadows of Dan area the past two nights....but I'm not looking forward to going back to work in the morning!

That's one forecast I hope they've gotten wrong, but not wrong to hotter!

I had the bike already packed up and ready to go ahead of time, it was just waiting for me to get home from work and shower up.

Only took time for a couple of pics on ride up Tuesday evening.

Almost there.....

Willville before dark with an open site by the creek!

This guy was on his way to the National Moto Guzzi rally that's happening in Buena Vista, VA this weekend.

He left Georgia early and had a couple of nights to just hang out around Willville and it's surrounds beforehand, not a bad plan.

That old Goose was pretty sweet.

I have always loved fish-tails! It's true!

I didn't catch this bike's rider when the camera was handy but... an older white haired guy shipped it and himself over from Germany and was riding his way across the USA with the big Sturgis rally as a target!

Yes, that's the seat in it's entirety!

The bass boat paint job was pretty cool tho.

After having my Willville biscuit and coffee followed by a nice hot shower I contemplated whether or not to pack up or stay another night?

I decided that I could decide that after lunch.

The weather on Wednesday was as if it had been ordered by the tourism board!

No wonder he looks old; he's probably only 29.

I rode a solid 200 miles on Wed but never got more than 25 miles away from camp!

It seems that Virginians do a better job of keeping these old farm houses inhabited than some of their neighboring states.

Their roads, however..

Well...maybe it just seems that way sometimes?

It does look like somebody has been trying or at least did try to save this one.

State maintenance.

A rider looking at a gps would probably never go here.....but I really didn't even mind that it was an unmarked dead end, riding it again was my punishment.
